Terms & Conditions of Rental

To Confirm Your Reservation
Once you have contacted us and confirmed your travel dates we will ask for a deposit paid by bank transfer or credit card security for your stay, should you cancel before the bellow periods, we will refund you the deposit minus the bank fees. Your booking will be confirmed by reservation staff once they have received the documentation, or bank deposit.

Minimum Stays
We do not impose a minimum stay on our guests.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your booking please contact Menjangan directly, In low season we require 15 days notice and during high and peak seasons we require 30 days notice prior to the date of check in.

If a cancellation is made without the minimum notice period the one room night (per room) will be charged as the cancellation fee. Payment of the deposit is deemed to be acceptance of the Cancellation Policy.
